The short version
For enterprise buyers (1,000+ employees, multiple regions or business units, a Salesforce-centric revenue org), the best ABM software is a full platform with predictive intent, orchestration, and governance, and that means 6sense or Demandbase. We rank 6sense first on predictive modeling depth and breadth of native modules, Demandbase second on sales-side integration and account-level data governance. Terminus (now part of DemandScience) ranks third as a lower-cost full suite with an uncertain roadmap. Madison Logic ranks fourth as the content-syndication-and-display specialist that global demand teams bolt on. Metadata (our sponsor, disclosed) appears fifth, not as a platform replacement but as the paid-media execution layer enterprises run on top of 6sense or Demandbase.
This is the one segment where our ranking matches the main list at the top, because the main list already weights capability heavily. The difference is what is scored below the top two: governance, global ad inventory, and services depth, none of which matter to the small-business buyer.
Best ABM software for enterprise, ranked
| Rank | Vendor | Role in an enterprise stack | Pricing status | G2 rating | Enterprise notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 6sense Revenue AI | Predictive intent + orchestration platform | Not published; Vendr reports typical contracts from ~$60k to well above $100k/yr | 4.4 | Deepest predictive scoring; modules for advertising, conversational email, sales intelligence, data. 8-12 week implementations. |
| 2 | Demandbase One | Account platform with sales-side depth | Not published; Vendr reports typical contracts in the tens of thousands to six figures/yr | 4.4 | Strongest Salesforce embed and account data governance. Advertising via its own DSP with B2B-specific inventory controls. |
| 3 | Terminus (DemandScience) | Full ABM suite at lower cost | Not published; historically below 6sense/Demandbase per Vendr | 4.3 | Acquired by DemandScience in 2024. Ads, chat, email signatures, web personalization. Roadmap risk post-acquisition. |
| 4 | Madison Logic | Content syndication + display + LinkedIn for global demand | Not published; media-based | 4.4 | ML Platform combines its own intent (ML Insights) with syndication. Common bolt-on for global enterprise demand teams. |
| 5 | Metadata.io (sponsor, disclosed) | Paid-media execution layer on top of 6sense/Demandbase | Not published; subscription plus media | 4.6 | Runs LinkedIn/Meta/Google campaigns against platform-sourced account lists. Public enterprise customers include IBM, Cisco, Zoom. |
| 6 | ZoomInfo Marketing | Data licence + intent + display | Not published; bundled with ZoomInfo | 4.5 (ZoomInfo Sales) | Rarely the primary ABM platform at enterprise; frequently the data layer beneath one. |
| 7 | Bombora | Third-party intent feed | Not published | 4.5 | Often already embedded in 6sense/Demandbase via partnership. Standalone licence for data teams. |
What we scored for enterprise
Enterprise weights: predictive intent and scoring quality (25%), orchestration and CRM/MAP integration depth with Salesforce and Marketo/Eloqua (20%), governance and multi-team administration (15%), global advertising reach including EMEA/APAC inventory (15%), services and implementation support (10%), and G2 rating (15%). Published pricing, which drives the small-business ranking, is not scored here at all: no enterprise ABM vendor publishes it, and enterprise buyers negotiate anyway.
One caution on the G2 column: 6sense, Demandbase, and Terminus all sit within a tenth of a point of each other. Do not choose between them on rating. Choose on a bake-off against your own account list.
Vendor notes for 1,000+ employee organizations
1. 6sense Revenue AI
6sense is the enterprise default for a reason: its predictive model (which accounts are in-market, at what buying stage) is the most widely deployed in the category, and everything else in the platform (advertising, orchestration, conversational email, sales intelligence, data enrichment) hangs off that model. Enterprise-specific strengths include multi-instance administration, Salesforce and Marketo integrations with field-level control, and a large customer success organization. Weaknesses are the ones every 6sense customer will tell you: implementations of 8-12 weeks or more, a price that Vendr's public contract data places from around $60,000 to well above six figures annually depending on modules and seats, and the temptation to buy modules you will not staff. Our 6sense review and 6sense vs Demandbase comparison cover the detail. If you are already a customer looking to leave, 6sensealternatives.com is the sister site for that.
2. Demandbase One
Demandbase's enterprise case rests on three things: a Salesforce-native sales experience (account insights, engagement, and next-best-action inside the rep's CRM view), account-level data governance that large orgs need for regional privacy compliance, and a B2B-specific DSP with brand-safety and inventory controls. It also owns sales intelligence (from the InsideView acquisition) and conversation intelligence. Predictive modeling is a step behind 6sense in most bake-offs we hear about, though the gap is narrower than it was. Pricing is quote-only; Vendr's public data shows a wide range. For an enterprise where sales adoption is the hard part, Demandbase is frequently the better pick even if 6sense wins the marketing-side demo.
3. Terminus (now DemandScience)
Terminus was acquired by DemandScience in 2024, and that acquisition is the main thing to underwrite before signing. The product is a full ABM suite: target account advertising, chat, email signature marketing, web personalization, and measurement. Pre-acquisition it was the value alternative to 6sense and Demandbase for enterprise teams that did not need best-in-class predictive scoring. Post-acquisition, the roadmap and support model are less certain; ask specifically what the product will look like in 24 months and who your CS contact is. G2 rating is 4.3. Metadata publishes a vs DemandScience page arguing its side; read it as vendor content.
4. Madison Logic
Madison Logic is different in kind from the three above. It is a content syndication and display vendor with its own intent signal (ML Insights, built on engagement across its syndication network and partner data) and a LinkedIn integration. Global enterprise demand teams use it for one specific job: reaching target accounts in regions where 6sense or Demandbase display inventory is thin, with content syndication that produces MQL-style leads. It is priced on media, not published. G2 rating is 4.4. It ranks fourth because it complements a platform rather than replacing one.
5. Metadata.io (sponsor, disclosed)
Metadata is our sponsor; we hold it to the same standard and never rate it above its public G2 score of 4.6 (Leader, G2 Spring 2026 ABM grid). In an enterprise stack it is not a 6sense or Demandbase replacement, and it does not pretend to be. It is the paid-media execution layer: target account lists come from the intent platform or CRM, and Metadata's agents build audiences, launch and optimize campaigns across eight ad channels, and report pipeline back to Salesforce. Its published customer list includes IBM, Cisco, and Zoom, which are enterprise deployments. A Forrester Total Economic Impact study is published on its site with NPV and payback figures. The honest case for it at enterprise is that 6sense's and Demandbase's advertising modules are display-first, and enterprise LinkedIn and Meta spend is still often run by hand or by an agency. Pricing is quote-based and not published. For enterprise teams that want an agency instead, bestabmagencies.com covers that route.
6. ZoomInfo Marketing
ZoomInfo is nearly universal in enterprise Salesforce orgs as the contact and company data licence. Its Marketing product layers intent, visitor ID, and display on that. At enterprise it is usually the data layer beneath 6sense or Demandbase rather than the platform itself; both of those vendors also sell their own data, so expect overlap. See ZoomInfo vs 6sense. Broader ZoomInfo alternatives are on zoominfocompetitors.com.
7. Bombora
Bombora Company Surge is the most common third-party intent feed and is already embedded in 6sense, Demandbase, and many others through partnerships. A standalone enterprise licence makes sense for data science teams who want raw topic-level intent in the warehouse. As an ABM "platform" it is not one, hence the last position on a platform list.
Enterprise procurement notes
| Vendor | Ask about | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 6sense | Module-level pricing; seat counts; implementation SOW; renewal uplift | Contracts are modular and renewals often step up; Vendr notes flag this |
| Demandbase | Sales seat licensing; DSP media minimums; data residency | Sales-side adoption is the value; media minimums affect real cost |
| Terminus/DemandScience | 24-month roadmap; CS staffing; contract assignment terms | Post-acquisition uncertainty |
| Madison Logic | Lead quality guarantees; regional inventory; syndication CPL | Media-priced; quality varies by region |
| Metadata (sponsor) | Platform fee vs media; Salesforce attribution setup; channel coverage | Execution-layer value depends on media volume |

Our verdict
Enterprise buyers should run a 6sense vs Demandbase bake-off on a shared account list and choose on sales adoption, not on the marketing demo. Consider Terminus only with contractual protection on roadmap. Add Madison Logic for global syndication and Metadata (our sponsor) for paid-social execution if those channels are currently run by hand. Do not buy Bombora or ZoomInfo separately until you know what intent and data your platform already includes.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best enterprise ABM platform?
6sense and Demandbase are the two full-suite platforms enterprises choose between. 6sense leads on predictive scoring; Demandbase leads on Salesforce embed and data governance. Their G2 ratings are effectively tied at 4.4.
How much does enterprise ABM software cost?
None of the top vendors publish pricing. Vendr's public contract data places 6sense and Demandbase deals from tens of thousands to well above $100,000 per year depending on modules, seats, and media. Links in the sources list.
Is Terminus still a viable enterprise option after the DemandScience acquisition?
The product still exists and holds a 4.3 on G2. The risk is roadmap and support continuity. Put 24-month product commitments and assignment terms into the contract.
Where does Metadata.io fit in an enterprise stack?
Metadata is our sponsor. It is a paid-media execution layer, not an intent platform. Enterprises typically use it alongside 6sense or Demandbase to run LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns against platform-sourced account lists. Public customers include IBM and Cisco.
Do we need Bombora if we have 6sense?
Usually not as a separate licence; 6sense and Demandbase both incorporate third-party intent, Bombora included via partnership. Buy Bombora directly only if a data team wants raw topic-level intent in the warehouse.
How long does an enterprise ABM implementation take?
Our 6sense and Demandbase reviews estimate 8-12 weeks minimum with vendor CS, longer with multi-region CRM instances. Madison Logic and Metadata are faster because they sit on top of existing data rather than replacing it.
